Services and fees

Priced so you know what you are buying.

Four services, four starting fees. Nothing is quoted properly until we have stood in the rooms, but these are the honest floors, not teaser numbers.

Fair warning

How the money actually works.

Design fee and furnishings are separate

The fee above buys our time and drawings. Furniture, fabric, paint and trade labour are quoted on top, against a budget you set before we shop for anything.

Trade pricing is passed straight through

We do not mark up what we buy for you. You see the trade invoice, you pay the trade price, and our fee stays the number we agreed at the start.

Half now, half at handover

Design fees are split in two. Nothing is due until you have seen the scheme and said yes to it in writing.

Not sure which one you need?

Most people are not. Describe the rooms and the deadline and we will point you at the smallest service that solves it.
